Data challenges workshop

This report outlines the results of a workshop convened by BRANZ in Wellington in August 2023 that sought to co-create solutions to data challenges in the construction pipeline and sector, for the benefit of industry and government. 

A conversation document was circulated to invitees prior to the event and is attached.

A wide range of sector participants attended from 11 organisations and the engagement was excellent. Frustrations were shared with the siloed nature of data, inconsistent availability, and formats. The workshop conversation shifted to a wide range of advice to CanConstructNZ on directions and end positions for our goals.
