Simple model for projects and pipeline

CanConstructNZ has argued in several documents that keeping things simple can still enable practical comparisons of the pipeline of work and the sector’s ability to deliver. The attached discussion document proposes that only a dozen or so facts about a project is sufficient to create a workable model of the pipeline. This document follows the Data Challenges workshop in Wellington in August 2023 and is issued for discussion purposes for verification or alternative views from our researchers or opinions from interested parties.
